Liked Should have booked a hotel Pro it is inexpensive Con very dirty aircon in one room wasn't working. Only one elevater key

Liked Inconvenient when taking the lift going up and down, it usually took a long time to get in the lift. Only 2 lift operated 2were broken down, each lift take up to 8 persons the most and each time taken 5 min up and down. All the time the lift jam because too many people waiting for the lift 🙁

The worst nightmare in KSL Residence

Liked The sofa have mites. My son had so many red mites bite. The sofa have so many small cockroaches. The toilets also have adult cockroaches. Towel too old. No microwave.

Liked Place is not bad

Liked The wait for lift to check out need to be improved as all are full for more than 20 minutes. Labels for shampoo and body wash should be well defined
