Liked Near mall

Disliked Elavator failed

Liked Location ,

Disliked Bed too soft

Higher room deposit and only return back after 24hrs of your check out time

Liked The room is spacious and clean. Good for stay with the kids

Disliked Nothing to complain about the room but their management yes. Ask deposit for RM200/sgd50 but its only return back the next day of your check out which is after 24hrs. And its only been informed after your booking has confirmed. Not acceptable for us since many hotels/homestay we check in they will refund back straight away after check out.

Liked location and view from room is ok

Disliked only one out of 4 lifts is working and at the end we used stair case to go down from 27th floor. My 83 years old mum waited the life more than 1 hour to go in.

Not too bad overall

Liked Is very convenient and easy to access around JB

Liked Clean and nice place to stay

Disliked The lift needs to wait 1 HR very slow
