Book literally any other apartment in KSL - it'll probably be a nicer stay.
Liked KSL is an easy and convenient location to stay in JB. So naturally the only thing going for this property is it's location. It's an easy ride to the border, mall conveniently attached and it also has amenities for some family time.
Disliked Apart from the location of this apartment, everything else was abysmal. We recieved message after message of extremely confusing, incomplete and unclear check in instructions. They said to retrieve the keys from a mailbox that wasn't even locked (nor could it be locked even if you tried) - how unsafe. I've stayed in a few apartments in this complex so I know to go in with reasonable expectations of what to expect. the moment you turn on the aircon - it sputters out water. Sink dirty. Toilet bowl sprayed with water and left soaking wet. Bathub had a nice long crack that you have to stand on if you want to stand under the shower head. There were probably only 6 cabinet doors and they had dust and cobwebs. Balcony door was left ajar - they couldn't close it? Somehow I'm supposed to believe that the apartment was properly cleaned? Frankly this properties owners simply do not care and therefore do not deserve any business. They'd rather run the property into the ground before spending a cent on repairs - it doesn't matter that eveyrone else is lied to about what the apartment offers and their comfort is compromised. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - BOOK FROM A DIFFERENT APARTMENT PROV
