Terrible Experience! What is worse is there is no service recovery effort at all!

Disliked 1. The lock with the steel flap was broken. 2. The bathtub is a seesaw. It's not installed properly on the ground & walls. When you step on the wrong spot, the bathtub goes up and down. It's dangerous for kids and old folks. Is the owner willing to bear full responsibility for anyone? 3. The toilet wasn't working & poop can't be flushed. A worker came & tried to work on it but to no avail except she cleared the poop & said the flush is extremely slow but can pee. The next morning, the debris of poop & toilet paper from the central pipe float up even though nobody used the toilet during the night. We had to rush to the toilet before sleep & when we woke up. It was not a pleasant stay at all. The owner didn't even offer any service recovery but told us not to worsen his faulty toilet & to go to the 7th floor to use the public toilet. We don't expect things to be perfect but do expect essentials to be working well, especially a toilet! He told us to be understanding & didn't even offer a refund or anything. Any decent person would do a humane offer as this is a serious need that wasn't met nor provided. 4. I wonder if the 5-star reviews for this property are f

Disliked Upon entering, we noticed the cleanliness was really bad. Firstly, when I went into the tub where the shower was to wash my leg, I nearly fell because the bathtub was not adhered to the wall and floor properly. It was so shaky. The drainage hole was not covered and I could see all the grime and rust. We did not dare to use the tub after. The sink hole was also super rusty. The toilet bowl area had a bad smell. Floor mat to the toilet was dusty too. Water kept leaking from all the outlets (bidet, sink, shower), and it was hard to sleep at night with all the sounds of the dripping water. Checking the room, there was dust everywhere. The power sockets, the beside table, and shelves were coated with a visible layer of dust. The floor has stains on it too. The lock was broken as well. Many metal fixtures were rusty. Ants were found on the kitchen table. The fridge shelves were dusty too, and the freezer was frozen with ice. The hygiene was super poor considering it's places to store food. The cleaner came to clean again, which wasn't a fantastic job either. The second day there were roaches found in the toilet. Disliked Only 2 out of 4 lifts were working, had to wait very long. Dark corridor. Apartment generally ok, but need to refurbished. (Mouldy bathroom door, faulty balcony lock, toilet bowl, paint)
