Liked spacious enough, with fridge and stove. Good location to KSL as well.

Disliked Sound proofing - the neighbors were loud and you could hear footsteps outside the apartment. Also, the lifts took a very long time (only 2 were working on that day) - it gets worse during check-in/check-out timing, sometimes the wait could get up to 20-30 minutes.

Disliked To be honest, lift lobby and corridor looks run down. Lift lobby have a water leak from the ceiling. Balcony cannot be lock at all. Reported when i checked-in, but was informed they will get the technician to check after we check-out. ??? Toilet sink water pressure not constant. Will suddenly be very big. It just wasnt a pleasant stay. The distance between the window view n opposite block is very near. Lifts are very full n busy too. Better to stay in hotel IMO.

Liked A1 location as it is beside KSL City Mall about 3 mins walk without needing to cross any road. Nice and spacious studio. Quiet and comfortable family- friend stay. Management is very responsive and helpful. We’ll sure come back again 👍🏻

Disliked If only the lifts are all working.
