K38: Excellent choice for a short stay at a great location, but severely affected by lift breakdowns

Liked Stayed here for a short getaway over the weekend (2–5 Oct 2026). The apartment was clean and very spacious, featuring a lovely balcony with city view and a fully functioning kitchen space. Direct access to KSL Mall is a massive plus. The host was highly responsive on WhatsApp, ensuring check-in went smoothly. Great place for convenience and space! Highly recommended for groups or families looking for a comfortable stay in JB!

Disliked There were some significant inconveniences that we experienced. We stayed all the way up on level 38, but only 2 of the private lifts were working. The unit was also missing basic essentials and required maintenance: 1. No kitchen cloth provided, 2. A standing fan was not functioning properly near the dining table 3. The bedside lamp only worked intermittently 4. The master bedroom's attached bathroom had no shower curtain or partition, water seeping from the sides of bathtub and flowing at the bottom of the bathtub making the floor wet, and 5. There was no bathroom mat. If these missing items and maintenance updates are resolved, it would be an excellent stay given the spaciously clean, great size 2-bedroom apartment and location.
