Liked Room so far okay for me

Disliked No netflix, no free parking for check in visitor,we need to pay the parking for overnight check in

Liked I like about everything, staying at this place mean that you can go around with grab. All the places, just nearby. Your in the centre of the central.

Disliked 1 door have 2 studios. Glad that my studio neighbour is my own parents tho hehe.

Value for money but at what cost? A sleepless night and smelly room.

Liked Location was okay for someone who has a car and can drive around to nearby attractions and eateries.

Disliked The overall cleanliness of the building all the way to the rooms were pretty bad. I had to collect the keys in Basement 2 and it was so dirty, dark and smelly. When we entered our studio room, we noticed the moldy, musty smell right away. Looks like their plumbing system was causing it. Besides that, the aircon was hard to control. Either it was too cold or not cold enough. Felt quite uncomfortable sleeping at night. Lastly, the tiled floor was cracking and moving when we stepped on it.. very dangerous. Overall, a poorly maintained building and unit in general.

Liked Comfortable since im travelling solo. Maximum occupants would be two person i guess

Disliked The building a bit lonely in some way so for woman maybe need to watch out, but parking area at Basement Level 2 is secure since got automated gate and guards so would be fine but nothing wrong to be extra carefull

Liked The TV and the high water pressure in the bathroom. The bed is comfy.

Disliked Limited space. Air conditioning is a bit chilling.

Pleasant stay an value for money

Liked Booked for friends. They enjoyed the view and the convenient of small kitchen and the grocery mart in the building.
