Liked The room so far okay, facilities okay,

Disliked Disappointed with my experience. The owner did not reply to my WhatsApp messages regarding my booking, which made communication very difficult. When I arrived, I was given a different room instead of the one that was advertised and booked. This was frustrating because the room I received did not match my expectations based on the listing. I hope the owner can improve communication and ensure guests receive the room they actually book.

There's no WiFi available

Liked Good location, the hotel is clean and they shops are nearby.

Disliked I contacted the owner to let them know that the Wi-Fi was not connecting to either my phone or my computer. I was told that someone would come to fix the issue, but unfortunately no one ever came. I followed up again the next day to check on the situation, but I did not receive any response. Reliable Wi-Fi is an important service for guests, and it was disappointing not only that the issue was not resolved, but also that there was no follow-up or accountability after it was reported. I hope the owner takes more responsibility in addressing guest concerns in the future.
