KLIA Ehsan Residences Sepang Nilai

Disliked Believe that the operator is running few units at this apartment. We were not assigned by the room which selected on booking.com. Below our expectations when stepped in. 1 toilet paper for 5 of us for 3 nights stay.

Disliked 🚨 ABSOLUTELY AVOID! (Run Away!) 🚨 The apartment was filthy and dilapidated, with mould on the walls and nauseating odours. For a group of seven people, we were only provided with a single key, which caused significant inconvenience. They forget to put toilet paper and even if I asked everyday they never bring some. Regarding the security deposit, I had to "fight" to get it back. It took nearly fifteen days, and I even had to threaten to contact the police just so they would finally "take the time to do what was necessary." Lamentable service and a highly unprofessional experience.

Liked Close to airport, lots of beds, good aircon

Disliked Very hard to check in, multi step process and needed communication back and forth with the owner. No toilet paper and fold out couch quite dirty.
