Great apartment close to the towers with excellent views across the city

Liked Perfect location, with stunning views across the city. 5 minutes walk from Petronas towers. Excellent Irish bar for food and drink around the corner.

Disliked The reason I cannot give it 10 out of 10 is: Its a three bedroom apartment with very few glasses, plates and cutlery. Also its great to have a washing machine, but there isn't a cloths horse to dry your cloths on. Not enough hooks or places to hang towels in the bathroom. So only minor things but resolving these would make it perfect.

Liked The Place easy to go anywhere.

Overall its a nice accomodation for a big family

Liked Great location and view, Our living room view is the Petronas Tower,only 3 mins walk to the tower, clean rooms, many eating place around it. Nice place to fit 7 persons.

Disliked No wifi when we arrived have to call the agent to fix it, fix it promptly, they should have checked first before our arrival. No labels on the toiletries, hand soap not replenished and no coffee sachets.

Not what I expected, but still okay.

Liked Look, I love the convenience,cause you're literally right smack in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, so easy to get grab whenever and it's a walking distance from the Petronas Tower and Pavilion. What I didn't like is the facility, it does not allow Grab to enter so you have to walk out of the Tower to the security entrance, unless it's raining. Don't be surprised by the jam tho, you're literally right in the hotspot for tourists and offices. I also like how spacious the hotel is and it really feels more like a home than a hotel, tho the view we got wasn't great.

Disliked I didn't like that it's literally not clean when you enter. There were crumbs on the table, blankets with stains in both bedrooms. One toilet had a random bidet leak, main bathroom lights don't work. One toilet bidet holder broke and the bedroom lights by the bed is flashing like crazy. For the price, that I'm paying for, there should be at least working lights to be honest.

Poor staff, dirty place, remotes didn't work

Disliked The bed was dusty, the sink was dirty with debris, the shower had mould on the sides, the remotes for fans didn't work, the parking had hidden costs, the way check in was done was so manual (unprofessional), the staff cannot communicate clearly, instructions were vague and I needed to clarify a few times before confirming the check in process.
