Disliked The bed was not comfortable. Room door and bathroom lock were broken. They said they will send someone, but no one came. Did not even change my room for me.

Better off booking something else

Disliked Everything the staff unprofessional and rude the booking.com platform messages are unresponsive so many ppl waiting in line to get checked in, 0 facilities in the hotel stinky bathroom old kitchen sponges and noisy washing machine old acs that make alot of noise and no house keeping or basic things like wipers provided in the bathroom. The card key lock of the room didnt even work there were keys that opened the room so no security in the sense. Staff at counter extremely unprofessional not even having the decency to help with luggage or give change for 50 RM to pay grab driver. Security rude and asking intrusive questions like where are you from where is your key card even though they were familiar with us already. Totally not recommended also grab doesn't even want to deliver to the area at night theres no food spots nearby so you have to wait hours to get fed. Below average breakfast
