KL Times Square Apartment

Dirty & worthless accommodation.

Liked Nothing almost. It is an old fashioned apartment but charges are too high. Only deserves 2 star. The sofas were torn and damaged, covered up with a sheet. All the carpets were dirty and frayed and need to be ripped off & new carpets laid, mattresses and towels were old & hard and need to be thrown out. Not at all worth for the money we paid. The mini bar is rusted and full of ice the whole time. If we had the option for immediate refund, we would have cancelled our booking. The only advantage is the Mall where many good restaurants & retail shops are there, alongside NSK Supermarket where prices are reasonable. We will never again book at these apartments in Berjaya Times square.

Disliked Everything. Never to stay there again. Even their microwave & kettle didn't work as the power switches didn't work and they didn't fix them.

If hygiene and cleanliness of the apartment is improved i would come again, but the unit at 41-14 was not well maintaine

Liked Convenience of stores and food

Disliked It was not well maintained and there were roaches in the bathroom. There was no form of entertainment in the apartment, the TV was damaged

Liked I love the location because it’s so convenient to get around by public transport. It’s easy to go anywhere you need to, like Pavilion, Sungai Wang, KLCC, KL Sentral, etc. 😊

Poor condition, great location

Liked Location was great. Right in the middle.of all the malls. Convenient to travel with the monorail just a few mins walk from.the hotel

Disliked Everything else, the staff was impatient, calling me non stop to check on my arrival even after i have advised on my eta. The hotel room was very run down, cockroaches present, the sofa looks very dirty, the towel was very worned off. The pillow and bed were not comfortable. The TV was spoilt. The toilet was dirty and smell. Very bad experience. If not for the convenient location, the experience would've spoilt our trip. Look for other rooms direct from the hotel. This room is not recommended at all. Nothing like the photos shown.
