Liked I believe that the apartment I booked is a scam. I have tried calling the property owner multiple times, but the phone number is not in service. I also sent several messages, but there has been no response at all. I have already submitted a complaint to Booking.com; however, the issue has not been resolved and no effective assistance has been provided so far. This situation has caused me inconvenience, financial loss, and distress. I am requesting immediate investigation and a full refund as the property appears to be fraudulent and inaccessible

Liked This room is a big lie. We didn't stay a single day after we paid and the agent doesn't answer the phone. We paid over a thousand baht and didn't even stay in the room for a single day. Please don't rent this room again because it's Lie.I just rented a room for Chinese New Year. They take money and don't give you a room.We also called and texted the agent for two days in a row, but his phone number was not set up.They won't even give us back the 1100 RM we lost. Really disappointing liars.
