Absolutely amazing, love the homey vibes.

Liked The unit was clean, comfortable and so homey. All essentials are prepped in the unit including all equipment that you need to cook. It feels safe staying there because there are so many polite and respectful security guards in and outside the building. The location is great, it’s just a flyover away from the LRT station.

Disliked The stairs to your bed is quite steep so have to be careful. For those who are really tall, the ceiling height of where your bed is might be a small concern as you might hit your head. Surrounding area can be a little sketchy but as long as you’re within the area of the building you’ll feel safe.

Disliked There is absolutely nothing "luxury" about PSM Luxury Suites. The apartment is severely degraded, and the host seems completely unfamiliar with the concept of basic maintenance or renovation. When confronted with the unacceptable, unhygienic condition of the unit, the host’s literal excuse was: "The building is 7 years old, what do you expect?" I expect a clean, functional apartment, not a place that feels like squatting in an abandoned building with the homeless. A 7-year-old property does not turn into a slum unless it is entirely neglected by the management. We refused to tolerate this for even a single night. I documented every defect, submitted the photographic evidence directly to Booking.com, successfully forced a full refund, and relocated to a proper, civilized apartment the very same day. This listing is a textbook definition of false advertising.

Disliked The stay was extremely disappointing. The place was very poorly maintained and even basic necessities were not provided. The floor was dirty, the toilet had visible stains, and even the toilet paper provided was of the cheapest quality. The parking charges were unreasonable — RM5 per hour with no maximum cap at all. On top of that, the deposit collected was excessively high. The sofa bed was already collapsing and completely uncomfortable to sleep on. Even the bedsheets were worn out and full of fabric pilling, making it impossible to rest properly. Overall, the condition of the accommodation was far below expectations and definitely not worth the price paid.
