KL Elegant Apartment at Times Square

Great location its near to every city walk and food area

Liked Location is excellent, clean, easy to find, security 24 hrs. Elevator and easy to get around town.

Disliked Not good suck. U cancel before check-in 3pm. U didn't inform me early. That suck. No texting me. Really suck. Suck suck suck. .

Near everything, we even walked to Petronas. Owner is easy to talk to. Place is big and bedroom overlooks KL Tower and P

Liked In the middle of everything but still quiet

Disliked Wi-fi

I usually like to take a photo if that place is just I expect but it's not 🚫

Liked I don't get the proper parking direction. And the apartment was not that much clean and it's complicated with the family members to.

Disliked Change it to normal aircon like using in the house. Give the place much brightness. And clean. And the the sofa set is horrible to sit down with the kids not comfortable at all 😞

Confusing, Risky Experience Not Worth the Price

Disliked Very unpleasant and concerning experience. I paid almost RM400 for this stay. Before check-in, someone contacted me asking whether I would be checking in later. To my surprise, he then said that my booking was cancelled, even though I had a valid Booking.com confirmation number. I explained that the booking was made through Booking.com and shared the confirmation details via WhatsApp. He later called and asked me to meet him at the lobby, where he requested that I pay him directly along with an additional RM100 security deposit. He handed over the room access card without informing me of the room or floor number, which I had to figure out myself. About an hour later, he called again and asked me to cancel the reservation in the Booking.com app, claiming he wanted to offer the room to another customer. I refused, as I did not want to take any risk or lose my booking protection. The following day, before 12pm, he messaged me asking me to go to a REMAX shop located in the same building to return the access card and collect the security deposit. This further added to the confusion and discomfort, as the entire process did not follow any standard hotel or serviced apartment procedures.

Very stuffy and not very convenient

Liked Sitting room area is big and has an extra big

Disliked Not v clean and the furnitures are v old. No good facilities available ( no rice cooker, no stove, no pots and pans) toilet muslim shower was leaking. Only one key was given. After coming only we knew price has been increased.
