location great. apartment seriously run down

Liked the location is amazing

Disliked mold everywhere and a cockroach infestation. i had to buy my own bedsheets and pillowcases because things were so smelly. i ate one time inside the apartment and i was careful and threw the garbage out immediately and still that evening i saw a few cockroaches. their cockroach spray was empty. i had to buy my own. and they were acting surprised that this is a unique situation i was facing!

As I have a long stay, so maybe can label the rubbish where can throw (nearby lift).

Liked Easy to go to shopping hartamas mall. The owner pre-register my car plate number, So I can get in easily , in order to get the jey from mailbox. All the instructions are well labelled. Very convenient

Disliked Erm.. the smell outside the room ( that's not owner can control) 😔 every time pass by the pathway , have to faster go back to the room🤣😆

Will rebook again if i have works nearby Damas

Liked Its convenient and nearby to whereabouts i want to go. Best. Stayed here bcs i attend meetings near Jln Dungun and i took grab instead drive only 10mnts away. Clean neat and tidy 👍🏻 parking is fine no chargers.

Disliked Theres few broken glass should be replace before my checkin. But its fine, luckily ive check before i use it. i came and stayed with my spouse. Along the way from lift to the house, the corridor is so silent huhu. Scary a bit.

Liked 25 ringgit from my deposit was deducted by the tenant who only hear report from the cleaner.. while they didnt check themselves.. they are very irresponsible.. this is the last i stay on this property..
