Disliked management Neu Suite sgt2 mnyusahkan... sistem lift btul2 lembab.. xpenah lg aku dduk residence fasiliti mcm ni.. lift flat pon lg laju dr ni..kalau kau dduk tgkt 40...nak smpai bawah 30x lift stop setiap floor... mmg btul2 mnyusahkn.. tgk pool pon keruh.. xpenah lg aku xbagi anak aku mandi bile dtg resindence.. lift saje tggu 30mnit-40mint....btul2 lawak.. owner da berkali2 komplen pon xde tindakblas... bad management yg penah sy jmpe

Liked Clean and comfortable apartment with amenities and even a microwave. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a wet room and toilet which was useful. Shops and restaurants on the ground floor. The host was very helpful and had great communication. Swimming pool and rooftop lounge were a lovely extra. Well situated and had a grab drop off and pick up on the ground floor

Disliked Would have been helpful to get the qr code for security via WhatsApp beforehand so there were no delays in accessing tge property. Six elevators serve 40 floors so can be some waiting time

Liked Really enjoyed staying here. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. We accidentally left our spare car key behind after checking out, and the owner was kind enough to help post it back to us safely. Really appreciate the extra effort and quick response. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 👍

BAD SMELL AND DIRTY

Disliked The place is not as it seems in the pictures. It was not in a good condition. As soon as you enter the unit, there are 2 doors. There is no hall and the description is not accurate. It is not a 2 bedroom apartment. It is a room which has 2 rooms. We left as soon as we saw the place. The place had a bad smell and it was dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Good for a short stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Liked Excellent communication from the host regarding picking up of keys. The property is within walking distance from the LRT station. Just ask the staff how to walk to the LRT station. rather than trying to figure out from the Google map as direction from the map is not that intuitive. The room has comfortable bed and the kitchen is well -equipped .
