I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Will give bad review.

Liked The location of Riverfront Apartment is good.

Disliked 1. The musty smell in the apartment was over whelming when we first stepped in. 2. We were shocked at how flimsy the front door lock was as it was taped together using duct tape only (see pic attached). 3. The kitchen sink and doors were mouldy. The dryer is rusty (see pic attached). 4. There was long hair left on the pillow and bed in the master bedroom. 5. Leaking bidet tap.

This apartment is not qualify as a home stay for staying because it didn't well maintained.

Disliked The apartment is not qualify as a home stay for staying. Main door did not well repair, after lock it is still not safe and look ugly. Furniture is old, got cupboard drawer cannot open, chair with dirty burn mark, old and ugly decoration. Got hair dryer and ceiling fan cannot use. Sinky is leaking, one bathroom door hard to open and close. Kitchen got lot of ant, it quickly climb to the drinking water. Wall look old and ugly. Although got free parking but need to validate the payment card every time go in for reimbursement later. It is troublesome and take time because need to go to the management office for validation. Conclusion is we confirm no more coming to this apartment anymore.
