Not good. Many issues not recommending it at all. You may find way more better hotels a little bit further from the city
Liked It was in a central area in KL. nothing else
Disliked 1)sheets had yellow marks on them
2)toilet door was not closing
3)shower water did not have pressure
4) arrived and my check in time at 15:00 pm but the room was ready almost an hour later (around 15:45),so I lost a scheduled trip. The guest did not event proposed me to keep my luggage so I can leave because I was in a hurry.
5)night shift reception guy was rood
6)booking was listing that there is breakfast included . Guess what? No breakfast

It can be better with small touches. It is okay for short periods of stays
