Bad experience.

Liked The hotel placed nearer to town.

Disliked Poor cleanliness of the room; i had to change my first room due to very bad condition.. the bathroom and room was damn dirty. The pillow and mattress was not clean. After the complaint i got second room which is the same, very dirty. The mattress and pillow all were stained. The water heater in the room can’t be used. The pic was shown in the booking app is completely different from the original place.

Water supply problem

Liked Location, clean room and toilet

Disliked Our block had no water supply and was notified around 3 am and they forgot to update on when the water problem can be resolved, I have gone to the lobby to enquire then only thru gave us another rooms. There was no assistance at all in the changing of the room unlike other Hotels

Bad bad experience

Liked Chosen this location due to its close proximity to an event we attending

Disliked Bed sheet is yellowish, towel is yellowish, the water heater is not functioning and the shower hood should be changed as it was left hanging loose. Also do consider to change the door
