Liked The receptionist, Iqbal, was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He was welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process smooth. Excellent service from him! 👍

Liked Just in the middle of the city

Disliked Disappointed with the stay. Cleanliness was not satisfying - room and common areas need more attention. The lift was always breaking down so we had to use the staircase to Level 4. The staircase was dirty and not well maintained, which was quite disgusting. Receptionist name Ekbol and Tonmoy was okay and polite, but overall facilities need a lot of improvement. Hope management can look into this.

Excellent Stay – Outstanding Service by Eqbal Mahmood!

Liked We had a wonderful stay at Kingston Hotel 1 - Bukit Bintang! The room was very clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant 3-night stay. A special mention goes to Eqbal Mahmood at the lobby front desk. He was exceptionally professional, respectful, and fantastic at his job. His friendly service and helpful attitude made our check-in and overall stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Disliked A few minor improvements would make the stay even better: providing higher quality bath towels, offering extra body soap and shower gel in the bathroom, and adding a hair dryer, the lights switch can be replaced and the door is so loud the bathroom door and the door to our room.
