Disliked Extremely terrible experience. The check in guidelines served no purpose. Check in guidelines directed us to refer to guard to bring us to mail box (at P5) to collect access card. For completeness purpose, guard house situated at P1 and it required access card or someone with access card to scan for you to enter lift lobby and then go up to P5 to collect access card. Not to mention how inconvenient it is to find a parking (no sign board to show where can park where cannot park) and guard won't bother to bring you to the lift lobby using their access card. I asked help from two guards, one told me to wait there to see anyone going in and out so that I can go into lift lobby by chance; the other one replied me impatiently but didn't even give a hand at all. I was helpless and called the management via WhatsApp. They didn't pick up. Guess what. They replied a message saying that "you may refer to check in guidelines and you may ask the guard there." Not only I find this reply served no guidance, I even feel that I'm treated rudely. Don't ask me how did I check in. I did it after spending 45 minutes like a clueless guy.
