Liked I really love this stay!! the house so cozy and have spacious yard 🫶🏻 u should try stayed here cause it’s worth the money 😋

Disliked maybe try to invest in water purifier dat have cold water

Liked Very close to USM campus. Big space and good air conditioning. Cheap.

Disliked No hairdryer. Third bedroom does not have air conditioner. Location a bit hard to find at first. No lock at the gate.

The location is great, the property is spacious, but did not meet my expectations.

Liked Very near to HUSM. Large property, very spacious interior. Near many eateries.

Disliked Water pressure is too low, difficult to shower when all bathrooms are used at the same time. Only 1 water heater is available, only has 2 options: cold and scalding hot. Water filter provided is not serviced (not sure if its safe for direct consumption).

Spacious house in a quiet area, but very poor hygiene and pest control made our stay stressful and uncomfortable

Liked The space is generous and the location is quiet, close to USM. The Wi-Fi worked well, and it was nice to have access to Netflix. The owner communicated politely.

Disliked The property was not clean or well maintained. We faced cockroaches, a house gecko, and other insects inside. The kitchen and bathrooms were in poor condition, and essentials like towels, toiletries, and proper hot water were missing. The outdoor area was unkempt, and we had to buy our own cleaning supplies and insect spray.
