Sleeping arrangements inadequate, problems accessing property and a cockroach.

Liked The location worked well for us as we were only staying for one night - flew in to KK and then onwards the next day. We understand the property is not expensive to book for the night, but the state of it was very disappointing.

Disliked The host only contacted us just before we were due to check in. The lift pass was in the property and so we had difficulty getting up to the accommodation. We were four adults staying for one night and needed to get a good night's sleep. There was one double bed in the bedroom with a single duvet that had been laid across sideways - it did not cover the bottom of legs. There was a single bed in the main living area which was ok but a very hard mattress and once again the duvet laid sideways across. The fourth bed was a thin mattress on the floor next to the double bed. It had only a mattress protector for a sheet; we immediately contacted the host about this who said that this was what they used as a sheet. We also advised that we were not happy about the state of sleeping arrangements and problems accessing the property and were told 'that's the only thing we can do for the price'. Then there was a cockroach in the living area and thankfully spray left on top of the fridge so that we could get rid of it. You will see from other reviews that we are not fussy guests - this was just totally unexpected and not at all pleasant. With a little more thought (key box), suitable bedding/sle

Liked How it was in the high floor

Disliked 1) The location is good but the view isn't what we're expecting. 2 )the elevator took so long to arrive and sometimes it didn't even go down even after pressing the button. 3 )also make sure to have a sign that are easy to spot because some people might be on a rush or something.

Satisfying stay, good value for money, great location & excellent host responsiveness.

Liked The apartment was overall good and worth the price. The host was very responsive, helpful, and even allowed a late check-out, which I truly appreciate, especially for guests with late afternoon flights and a lot of luggage. The location is convenient and close to nearby attractions, making it a great choice for tourists. Check-in was generally easy and flexible, although there was some confusion as the security asked us to fill in a form, and there was a note about scanning an access card in the lift, while the host mentioned that both steps could be skipped. The apartment itself is well equipped with basic necessities such as a portable stove, refrigerator, utensils, and Netflix.

Disliked However, the layout may be more suitable for families. The second room has a double decker bed, which is more ideal for kids and not very comfortable for adults, especially those with longer legs. Also, the listing photos in the second room did not clearly show that the unit uses air conditioning instead of fans. Cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in the bathroom, could be improved slightly.
