Liked Strategic location at the centre of KK City

Disliked Checking in is quite hassle, have to meet the staff instead of self check in so the process is quite slow. Toilet has no bidet. Access card only given 1 despite we booked and paid for 2 car parks, and property having 3 bedrooms which means we need more than 1 card for ease of entry. Aircond isn’t cool but this is understandable, maybe it suddenly didn’t work.

Liked The host was super helpfull, allowed us an early check-in, solved any problem immediatelly. The location and the pool are great!

Disliked The kitchen is very old and rusty and missing basic items, there is a couple of cups, no glasess etc. If you dont plan to use the kitchen, its a great place to stay. However it was nice with a suply of drininking water.
