Liked The house was clean, check-in via the lockbox was easy, and the ability to park two cars securely inside the property gate was very convenient. Communication with the owner was also superb throughout our stay.

Disliked The water pressure was very low, making showering quite stressful; the owner might want to consider installing a water pump for the bathrooms. Additionally, while there is a water purifier, it doesn't provide hot water, and the rice cooker was faulty. Mobile signal for Maxis is also poor in this area, so providing Wi-Fi would be a significant improvement.

Disliked no air-conditioning in the living room, but still ok because air purifier is provided.

Disliked The TV don’t have the smart or android facilities. It would be better if you provide that and also hot water heater is only available in 1 bathroom and rest of the 2 bathroom don’t have the hot water heater supply, it would be nice if the house owner install the water heater in all the bathrooms.
