Disliked The host is misleading. Despite stating that the property accommodates 6, only 4 sets of towels, pillows, and blankets are provided, with no extras given because, to quote them: they are not a hotel. No drinking water is available either. Despite having conversed through whatsapp from the moment my booking was confirmed, the host did not inform me of such crucial insufficiencies until I had time for a phone call, which was already beyond my deadline to cancel for free. Such information could have easily been conveyed via text, and in fact was confirmed via text to me AFTER my phone call, AFTER my deadline to cancel for free. Furthermore, while it states that a security deposit is mandatory, it does not clarify the method of bank transfer needed. It was our first time staying in an apartment, and right on the day of arrival, despite making full payment and transfer of security deposit (with confirmation receipt sent to the host), our booking was cancelled without prior notice. We were left with no place to stay on the day of arrival without any courtesy or decency whatsoever from the host.
