Cozy Bed, But Quite Cramped
Liked What I liked: The bed and bedsheets were quite comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Whenever we had any questions or issues, they were quick to assist. The unit has a balcony, which is a nice feature.
Disliked What could be improved: The room is quite small and narrow. It may be manageable for a smaller-sized person, but for a larger-sized person, it can feel quite cramped and uncomfortable. The bathroom is also very small and narrow. The shower water pressure was quite weak. There is no hot water at the bathroom sink. Since Cameron Highlands is cold, brushing your teeth in the morning can be quite uncomfortable. It would be better to prepare some warm water and mix it with cold water. Although there is a balcony, unfortunately there is no view of the sunrise or sunset. The dining area is quite dark. The light is so dim that it feels almost like there is no light at all. There was also an unpleasant smell in the unit. I’m not sure of the exact cause, but it may be related to the plumbing or drainage between the kitchen and bathroom. Overall: The main issue for us was that the unit felt quite cramped, especially the room and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable, but the space and some of the bathroom facilities could be improved.
