KEEN Suites-Jesselton Quay

Very pleasant stay with my family. The unit was spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Worth the money! ❤️

Liked We stayed at KEEN Suites-Jesselton Quay with 2 adults and 3 young children, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The unit was spacious and comfortable enough for our family. The sea view was beautiful, especially from the higher floor. 🌊 The location was also excellent — very convenient and close to Jesselton Point, Suria Sabah and many shops and food places. We really appreciated having a kitchen and basic cooking facilities, which was very convenient when travelling with young children. The unit was clean and well maintained, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Disliked Nothing major. We had a pleasant stay overall.

Liked Location and the view of the accommodation

Disliked There was a strong cockroach repellent smell around the queen bed in the master bedroom, which made me quite difficult to fall asleep

Liked Comfortable,clean,nice view,easy access for grab,plenty of food choices at the ground level.

Disliked No parking to park car outside,as need to go all the way up to 32rd floor to get mailbox room than back to ur unit which is lower than the mailbox room.multilevel car park a bit confusing.

Nice central place to stay, with friendly helpful hosts.

Liked Great location close to shops, waterfront and SICC.

Disliked Actually everything was fine. The bed mattress could be better, you could feel the springs.
