Liked Nothing much except the location convenience.

Disliked The operator is not helpful. Property was not properly managed by the operator as the property management fees owed by the actual property owner has an outstanding causing unecessary delay during check in process including water supply cut off. The operator late response to every query during check in process also considered very very poor. Further dealing related to refunding of deposit was also a nightmare for me as i only received the refund 1 week despite their policy stated that the refund will take 2-3 days after check out.

Recommended place to stay ✅

Liked 1. Comfortable, with complete facilities. 2. Beautiful view from the balcony, facing the entrance. 3. Extra pillows and an iron provided — it’s rare to find a homestay with these facilities. Excellent ✅ 4. Fully equipped facilities, including WiFi, smart TV, washing machine, and heater.

Disliked Suggestions for improvement: 1. The sofa should be renewed, if possible, because previously it seemed a bit unsafe to use. 2. The dining table and chairs are rather high, so last time we just ate on the floor, which was not really a problem. However, if they could be replaced with a table and chairs at a normal height, that would be great ✅

Disliked Refund of my deposit is late, not receive yet until now. Also the room facilities is not maintain properly. Got smell from tha bathroom and mattress is very hard.

Liked Location and the units clean and comfy.

Disliked The parking card is not working during the stay. We stayed 2 nights, and we went in and out many times with the card not working even though we already informed the staff and the loby. We have to wait a few minutes in the entrance for the security to open the gate for us. Apart from the parking access problem, we like the stay

Disliked electric cooker provided not able to use, they promised to replace a new one but never replaced until i signed out, wifi provided also has no internet access

Overall, the location was convenient, but poor cleanliness and faulty access cards made the stay frustrating.

Liked The location of the homestay is great, there are eateries nearby and even a 24-hour Orange convenience store. I usually stay here whenever I have to accompany my younger sibling for hospital reviews.

Disliked The homestay was dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The bed sheets and towels had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor (if it’s from the sewage system, please at least provide an air freshener). The access card didn’t work. I chose this homestay because parking was provided, but it became inconvenient when the parking access card didn’t work. On the last day, the access card for the lift also stopped working, making the check-out process troublesome.
