Lovely staff

Liked Lovely (and I mean LOVELY!) staff - they gave us a very warm welcome, tons of tips on what to do and helped us navigate public transport in the city (we were even walked to the nearest bus stop!). Good value for money - the room was clean and functional. AC and shower worked perfectly. 10/10 - would book again.

Disliked Susunan katil, ruang yang sempit dan bau yang kurang menyenangkan

Overall stay is okay..The staff is great . Location also ok we can walk to the waterfront..

Liked Breakfast ok..only nearby..Distance to other place also not far..Staff are great..

Disliked The toilet door is a glass door not suitable for family stay..please change to the normal door is better.A bit disappointed because no wardrobe in the room to keep our clothes.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was comfortable and met my needs.

Liked the environment was clean and welcoming. What truly stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they were friendly, attentive, and made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. I appreciate the hospitality and would consider returning in the future.

AMAZING HOTEL

Liked Everything about the hotel is amazing. The location is very strategic near the waterfront and have 24 hour convenient store and restaurant. The staff are very friendly. The room is very clean and odorless. Will be staying here again next time.
