Liked I love the facilities love the room nice n comfy. Convenience for the family trip. Great personality of services.

Disliked I guess u should be improve on hygiene and cleanliness. I found a lot of dirt and food waste a bit here and there. Understandable, maybe comes from the previous customer when we came in. No problem. There is one bedsheet have a little bit of iron burn on it on a main room And broken hairdryer but still perfectly functional. I just let it slide then cz I x wanna waste my valuable time with family that day. Just to let u know for further improvement so the customer don't have to be worry of anything on their trip nextyme. Most important thing is no sign of KIBLAT inside. Ive request for sejadah but maybe the don't have it. It's ok no worries. Everythg was perfect so far.

Liked The suite is big enough for my family.. the beds super comfortable.. my kids love the pool.. we can check in & out with ease, no extra procedure.. we will back here again, for sure..

Smelly & dirty room

Disliked the room & toilet smelly. we washed the toilet twice, because its too smelly.. got hair & dust on the floor & bed. i have to swipe all the room.. the bad smell at the kitchen come from the open drainage, during night hv to cover it otherwise, cannot sleep.😌 3in1 beverage, or mineral water pun xda.. the day before,.we stayed at the different room, diff service provider, & they provide us some beverages..
