Disliked Stinky smell and bad maintenance of the unit. Water supply issues, got small insect and bad smell in the toilet. The property management really doesn’t clear the main pipe that’s why all the unit in k avenue also the same with stinky smell.

Toilet smell is extremely bad and spreads throughout the entire unit.

Disliked The toilet smell is extremely bad—worse than a public toilet—and the odor spreads throughout the entire unit.
