Good value for money, if coming to stay near Tebrau City or at short driving distance to Austin area

Liked Location was right next to Aeon Tebrau City which we planned for, that we could walk over to or drive over to easily. It is also a less than 10min drive to the Mount Austin area, which we drove to for breakfast at The Toast. Good value for money, 1 double bed and 1 single bed for the 3 of us, clean bathroom with shower head.

Disliked The air conditioning was not strong enough, and the fan speed could not be adjusted upwards, so the room was a little warm, and it took a long time to cool down. Not having a small fridge in the room also limits the food stuff we can buy back to keep chill and fresh.

Disliked super loud BANG sound is heard during the early hours 0500hr - 0700hr in the morning! it sounded like someone opens a heavy door and slam it close OR someone drop a very heavy thing on the ground ! i would think twice when making booking next time
