Disliked The lift abit scary but still safe. Master bedroom aircon is abit hot. Environment still ok ok 4/10. These are still ok for us, the only problem is owner attitude abit rude. If you know the customer missed out your msg, can u pls remind in the nice way? We are here for travelling for the very first time, we dont have the time to read out your very long notice message. I misser out the msg for the bank account details, you can actually remind in the polite way but not the rude way, make me feels like u just dont willing to refund my deposit. Sorry if i cant give a nice review cause i really feel unrespected
