Disliked Not clean, a lot of cockroach and very bad smell, hall ceiling fan not working and no WiFi,need more improvement, tq

Liked I stayed for one day and one night. The house was clean, but while the rest of the house was fine. Overall, the house was comfortable and suitable for families.

Disliked one bathroom in the master bedroom, which wasn’t very clean. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working and the TV had no channels.

BAD BAD BAD. All travellers should stay clear of this.

Liked 1. After getting the instructions to collect the key, we started looking. Due to some uncertainty, we called the contact again for more instructions but there was no answer. Fortunately we found the keys otherwise we would not be able to check in.

Disliked NOTHING. 1. The room was nothing like the picture as advertised. 2. The premises was old and sparse. 3. The whole room has a musty smell and the linen were old and not fresh. 4. Totally waste of time staying. 5. I checked out after staying ONE night. 6. I am seeking refund for the other two nights I didn't stay. 7. Its completely false advertising and tarnishes Booking.com's reputation for associating with operators like this. 8. I checked into another apartment which is 100% improvement over this and the rate is lower. 9. PLEASE ACT ON THIS. Or I will never use Booking.com again.
