Overall stay - nice but need to touch up for certain parts of the house

Liked Big can accommodate the requested no. Of people Location - easily accessible to many parts of places in JB town city The pool is nice n clean

Disliked Just a recommendation to upgrade most of the furnitures to a more modern updated ones Kitchen needs upgrade / uplifting to fresher looks Dining table needs a new ones Some of the chairs unstable Showers need to upgrade also

Liked I stayed at the Bearbrick Villa. The place is clean and big. We love it.

Disliked There are still room for improvement esp on the maintenance of the house. The billiard board should put on the 1st floor instead on the 2nd. I find that it is quite dangerous as the billiard ball may drop down to the 1st flr while there are people sitting watching the tv, kids playing around. Maybe you can take this as a suggestion. But overall, we like the place so much esp the kids.

Definitely a great stay. Will recommend to others and probably come for a repeat staycay.

Liked A well-kept villa with very good accessibility to marts and eateries. All in one stop with Jacuzzi pool, KTV, pool table and BBQ facilities available and functioning well. Host was easily contacted and responded promptly. My Family enjoy the stay.

Disliked Toilet flush, shower water and bidet not strong enough.

Liked Staff was responsive,came over to get our problem solve

Disliked Place needs to renovate,air con is weak and old. Pressure of water is small, level 1 toilet got sand which were not clean when we arrived
