Pleasant
Disliked I recently stayed at this apartment and found it to be clean, spacious, and generally well-maintained. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. However, I encountered an issue with the payment process. On the day of check-in, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a deposit of RM 200 which will be fully refunded back to me within 3 working days. An unexpected separate charge in addition to the booking.com amount paid. I found this last-minute request to be inconvenient and poorly handled, as it was made known to me on the check-in day itself. In addition, when the security deposit was refunded back to me (it was past the 3 working days as promised by the host), an additional of $10sgd international transfer fee was deducted from my bank account. This transfer fee which was ard 18% of the security deposit was not made known to me beforehand. Very disappointed with this security deposit refund process. While the apartment itself was satisfactory, the unexpected deposit request left a negative impression
