I will never stay here again. They need to fix the lifts.
Liked The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
Disliked The main problem is the lifts. At times only one was working and the wait times were very long. Guests were extremely frustrated. There are 4 lifts in the building. Two are blocked off and not working. At times one of the remaining lifts wasn't working. To make things worse, the lifts run independently so you need to press up/down for the two different lifts. This means that the lifts frequently stop at floors where no one is waiting to get on. It can take 5 minutes for the lift to go all the way up and then all the way down. And not everyone waiting in the lobby can fit in the lift so wait times are long. At other times the lift just goes straight past a floor without stopping when I was waiting to go up. It meant I avoided going out because I didn't want unpredictable and long wait times to get back up to the high floor I was staying on. I should have read reviews about the lifts before booking the apartment. It seems to have been a problem for a long time. Other more minor issues with the apartment include: * no tissues * poorly lit bathroom * no drinking glasses in the kitchen that I could find * no place to comfortably work. There is a long bench but it is too high (the chairs are normal height) to work on a laptop, and there are no power points at the bench.
