Liked location in town area is good

Disliked dirty swimming pool

The stay was overall good.

Liked The stay experience was good, as we have stayed in pinnacle quite a number of times. It was easy to collect the keys and has some nice eateries around the Pinnacle location. And there is a nice lok lok just below the building on the main street.

Disliked During my this stay, one of the lift was not working. Thus only 2 lifts were serving the whole block and during 7-9pm, which was the peak period, we had to wait quite a while for the lift to arrive for both going up to the unit or heading down to the carpark.

Comfortable stay with great value for money. Credit to pinnacle customer service 🙏

Liked Good location, clean room, and easy check-in.

Disliked The swiming pool facilities. no maintenace done by the management

Disliked The pool :( It’s not clean so we didn’t swim with the kids and seniors..

Liked Very convenient & easy steps to check-in although if its a last minute check-in

Disliked The sounds of the club nearby at night but its ok. Its not too loud.
