Not value for the rates paid.

Liked Location was good which is near our supper place. Spacious parking lot.

Disliked Facilities was a bit run down with old fixtures. Water pressure was low and shower experience was bad. Cleaniness was not so good which I will rate 5/10. Property security was not so comfortable where we need to lock a few padlocks when we go in and out of the property. Main gate was not automated and etc.

Disliked The house wasn’t clean. The bathroom too smelly. We just opened the bathroom , and the bathroom smelled urine. The sofa , beds are too dusty. The kitchen dishes not clean as well. The bathrooms should renovate and clean up.

Average. Ok for a day...not longer...

Liked Location was good

Disliked Front gate was hard to open. Bathroom was not very clean and 15 people had to share only 2 bathrooms, that was quite difficult. Also the air-conditioner was not very good. The neighboring houses had dogs which was disturbing. Not a very quiet surrounding.
