Disliked Hi, this was my first time booking a home in Bukit Indah, and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I genuinely regret booking this unit.
The house had a serious bug/insect problem, and several members of my family were affected. The situation became so serious that my brother had to be admitted to the hospital. This is not something we expected or should have experienced from a rented accommodation.
On top of that, we also faced several other issues:
* The sink soap and sponge were in an unacceptable condition.
* The air-conditioning was not working properly.
* There were areas in the house without proper lighting.
* The whole house felt sticky and was not properly clean.
We paid for a comfortable and clean place to stay, but instead our family experienced health issues and a lot of inconvenience.
I would like to know how you intend to compensate us for this experience, especially considering that my brother had to be hospitalised. I hope you will take this matter seriously and provide a fair compensation or refund.

Quite disappointed
Liked The house is conveniently located near many dining options. The security of the area is quite good.
Although the house was clean, it was in poor condition overall. The mattress was quite comfortable, and each occupant was provided with two pillows.
I gave a rating of 5 mainly because of the service provided by the owner; otherwise, the condition of the house was quite bad.
The instructions from the owner were very clear, and they were responsive and quick to reply.
Disliked The air conditioner in the Level 1 bedroom was not working. The toilet tap in the Level 1 bathroom was also faulty and could not be fully closed. The mattress in the Level 1 room was quite uncomfortable, so we ended up squeezing into the room upstairs instead.
The master bedroom bathroom had a faulty faucet, so we had to turn off the main water supply. There were obvious stains on the mattress covers.
Overall, it was not value for money.
I hope the owner will improve the condition of the house.

Liked The house is spacious and tidy. The kitchen also equipped with enough plates & mugs for us.
Disliked Although it's nearby to AEON, still lack of other nearby mini market such as Speedmart. Other than that, this house was superb for big family.
