Really lovely, we loved George town, the hotel was excellent and the staff really helpful

Liked lovely decor, loved the family room set up, plenty of space for a family of 5, children enjoyed the swimming pool and is in a very central location.

Disliked The bed was uncomfortable, very hard mattress.

A special stay.

Liked Beautifully decorated. Peaceful atmosphere. Excellent staff, friendly and willing to help. Lovely room, surroundings, pool. Little extras such as snacks. The hotel made me feel special and peaceful. Loved it.

Beautiful place in Penang

Liked The place is beautiful, and very well located, just a 10 minute walk to get to the main streets and attractions. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. I loved the colorful decoration and the renovated details everywhere, a very unique place to stay.

Amazing

Liked A lovely stay in an old mansion, massive rooms, well appointed bathrooms and living areas. There is a small pool and lots of little extras like ice creams and snacks available. A 500m walk away from lots of restaurants.

Disliked Beds were VERY firm It would be great to have breakfast provided but there are many options within a 5 minute walk
