Japanese Style Suite 9Pax Alston & Amber

Disliked no mirror inside

Liked Very good property

Reasonable price for a big group, with a responsible and responsive host.

Liked The host responded immediately and sent workers to clean the room after my complaint. Although the cleaning could have been done better, I appreciate that they attended to the issue right away. The unit comes with free WiFi, a TV with apps, and even a computer, which was convenient.

Disliked One of the room air conditioners was not cooling. After I complained, it was checked immediately, but they were unable to repair it due to a shortage of materials for 3 days. I had no choice but to sleep under the fan. Also, the area under the sofa was not cleaned properly. The air conditioning in both the rooms and living area could be improved, especially during the summer as it wasn’t cooling as well as expected.

Liked The location was perfect and near to Duty Free shops in Kuah.
