Disliked Our stay was disappointing due to several unresolved issues. Upon check-in, we discovered that the master bedroom air conditioner was not working at all and was only blowing warm air. Although a portable air cooler had already been placed in the room, the issue was only confirmed the following day when a technician found that the unit had completely run out of gas due to a leakage problem. There were also other maintenance issues, including a leaking water heater and a bathroom door in the master bedroom that would get stuck when opening or closing. Another major concern was the elevator situation. The building has more than 40 floors but only 4 lifts. During peak hours, especially in the mornings, the waiting time was extremely long and often frustrating. What disappointed us most was the lack of follow-up regarding compensation after the air-conditioning issue was confirmed. Despite the inconvenience caused throughout our stay, no solution or rebate was offered before check-out. We checked out at around 10am today and are still waiting for our security deposit to be refunded. While the stated refund period is 24–48 hours, it is frustrating given the multiple issues we experi
