Liked Everything was pleasant and the breakfast was just nice with nice people there
Disliked Just the atmosphere around the location wasn’t feeling pleasant as a solo single mom with kids, i don’t feel very safe for my family
Liked Location, and staff especially the guard
Disliked he soundproofing is very poor, and I can constantly hear the staff talking outside. The room is also dirty and does not feel properly cleaned，especially the bed On top of that, the air conditioning seems to be faulty. I can’t adjust it or turn it down at all. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the room condition and would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed.
Liked Clean and comfort short walk to bukit bintang.

Liked Good value for money Great staff Excellent location Gym OK AC strong
Disliked Room dark and bit old - need renovation Walls are thin, if you are noise sensitive - please avoid
Liked Very modern, clean and tidy. In the perfect position for visiting both the Pyramid and The Exchange TRX malls, both 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Also selection of very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was good with a varied selection.
Disliked Cannot think of anything to put a black mark against.
