Liked Worth for money
Disliked The hotel didn’t have a pleasant fragrance, so the environment didn’t feel as welcoming. For the future, using a nice room fragrance, such as a fresh rose scent, would make the atmosphere more pleasant, refreshing, and welcoming for guests. 🌹

Met my expectation, the room is very spacious, breakfast just nice, my family enjoy the stay
Liked Originally my booking (2 rooms) was arrange on 2 different floor and front desk hesitant to change to the same floor with reason the room not available. When i insist that i want in the same floor as requested, there is price increase even thought it the same type of room. At the end I'm able to get 2 rooms at the same floor but 1 room at 701 and another room at 741.
Disliked Front desk hesitant to change to the same floor with reason the room not available. When i insist that i want in the same floor as requested, they want to charge extra.
