Extremely Disappointing Experience – DO NOT RECOMMEND
Disliked * Double booking: Our booked apartment was apparently double-booked. Despite messaging them since morning, they only informed us after 3 PM. * Wrong room type: We were given a different, smaller 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with only RM50 refunded. We were too exhausted from travelling to argue. * Poor cleanliness: The room was dirty, and the ceiling was covered in mould and plaster bagworms. * Broken facilities: The washing machine was not working, and they conveniently forgot to inform us that it was under maintenance. * Privacy and safety concerns: They SENT A MAN TO OUR ROOM WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION to conduct an inspection. As an all-female group, we felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, very unprofessional management, poor communication and unacceptable standards. They failed to deliver what we booked and promised. Please think twice before booking this apartment!
