Disappointed

Liked Toilet and shower not clean

Disliked The cleanliness of the toilet and showers. The fittings for the toilet roll is missing and the fittings for the towels were loose. The shower head is also not sitting properly. So the word cozy is a bit misleading.

Enjoyed the location. I hope my feedback for improvements are taken seriously.

Liked The location - near good eating places and easy access to Old Town, airport etc via Grab. Security in the area is good. There was Netflix on TV - this was good! Nice view of back of the town. Bed was comfortable. Clean towels provided.

Disliked There was no oven or micro-wave oven to heat up food. Very basic cutlery was just chucked loosely in a drawer. Sofa set was extremely uncomfortable. Exhaust fans were dirty. Sewage smell sometimes in the bathroom. Towel rack was almost dropping down. Shower head holder was loose. There was no main door latch inside to protect occupants.
