Absolutely lovely stay

Liked The best apartment I have ever stayed so far. Everything was well prepared by the owner. You can definitely enjoy your stay at Ipoh. Would definitely book this place again if I ever come to Ipoh again.

Liked the towel smell nice, and the apartment is clean. TV has Netflix n you tube. good location in city as close to places of interest.

Disliked 1. check in 3 pm n check out 11 am is not hospitality as it's worse rules than hotel. Customer lose 2 hours compare to a hotel that majority checks in 2 pm and check out 12 pm...and clause to charge extra hourly for late check out is not customer focus! 2. area of improvement ..There should be a table on the living room near the sofa, should have a bedside table on the second room, 3. if it's commercial apartment, the door is should be fire doors and no map of the building floor in case of fire. 4. recommend to have tissue box at living room. 5. small water pressure in one of the toilet. 6. nearly has car accident while coming up as another call coming down. 7. should have more indoor plants. 8. Bathroom Floor wet most of time as no bath mat. 9. Should have Provide minimum coffee tea sachet as host is inexpensive gesture.
